Pocket Watch

Time hangs in the balance
the ticking on the clock is continuous
without a conscious effort it goes by
tea time hangs suspended
the chain is the only thing that keeps tethered.
In an essence it is all that matters
until creation meets halfway and expands
and plans become a moment of easiest flow.
A ravine of tea sits, someone observes
Moment is given, meaning is heard.
